11 kW Solar Off-Grid + RO Plant Pumping System – Itehaad Town, Orangi, Karachi | SSES
SSES deployed an 11 kW hybrid system in Itehaad Town, Orangi combining a 5 kW off-grid solar setup with a 5 kW solar water pumping system for an RO plant. Equipped with two inverters and battery backup, this solution ensures uninterrupted water purification and eliminates reliance on erratic power supply.

On 30 December 2018, SSES successfully installed an innovative 11 kW solar solution in Itehaad Town, Orangi. This hybrid system cleverly combines a 5 kW off-grid solar setup with a 5 kW solar water pumping system, specifically designed to power an RO plant. The installation includes two inverters, including a three-phase VFD inverter to drive the RO pump, and is supported by four maintenance-free batteries for nighttime operation.
